All products sold on icheap-usa.shop are sold "as is" and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at SSGoatedSS@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our business and the types of products we sell, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Chargebacks and Fraud
