Order Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates  
We offer standard shipping and, when available, expedited shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:  
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days  
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking  
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations  
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Order Issues  
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at  SSGoatedSS@outlook.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist you in resolving it.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
icheap-usa.shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. You can file a claim with the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information  
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
